Delicious and guilt-free!
This parfait is perfect for breakfast or just a random snack in the middle of the day. Its pretty healthy too!
All you need is a handful of ingredientsss
1. A glass or bowl of your choice obviously..
2. Berries – I went for strawberries and raspberries
3. Greek yogurt
4. Cornflakes (or you could go for granola)
The quantity obviously depends on how big your glass or bowl is and how many servings you’re making. I just made one serving, however, my glass was quite big.
Once you’ve got all your ingredients, the parfait is just a matter of putting everything together and layering all the ingredients.
I like to go form ‘fruit – yogurt – cornflakes’
Its very easy, but I thought of sharing it on here anyway because why not.
The layers dont show perfectly because I wasnt aiming for perfection. But, it tasted amazing and thats what matters?
