Makeup Haul Alert

I don’t obsessively purchase makeup whenever I go out, and I don’t feel the need to just own every single product out there – well at least thats what I do because my wallet says..

I’ve had this little gift box that my cousin sent to me from the UK with some products that I’ve been meaning to try out for the longest time! I have not indulged into using all of them because I want to finish off what Im using currently, and then move onto the new precious new ones – yeah, I’m that person.

I’ve been meaning to make a haul post for a long time and its finally here!

Now, jumping right into the haul,

Rimmel London Wake Me Up Foundation in soft beige

Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer in soft beige

Collection primed and ready mattifying pore minimiser

Collection primed and ready illuminating and reviving eye primer

Collection Lasting Perfection Concealers in the shades warm medium and dark

I’ve always been keen and interested in trying out different types of drugstore foundations, I feel like when it comes to high end foundations I kind of HAVE to learn to love them because I break my wallet when buying those damn things! The Rimmel London Wake Me Up range is meant to be an anti-fatigue, skin brightening formula which Im interested in trying out because ANTI FATIGUE? Does this mean I can binge watch tv shows all night and use this stuff the next day to not look tired? sold!

Plus, the foundation has SPF 15.

I’ve been in the market for a good ol drugstore primer for a while now and since Collection is an amazing brand but unfortunately unavailable in Dubai – I asked my very nice cousin to send it to me! She got me the mattifying pore minimiser for the face which I would most likely use in the center of my face and the Illuminating eye primer – dont get me started on my oily eyelids man.

The Collection Lasting Perfection concealers are amazing! I’ve used the shade warm medium before and although a little too light for me it is an amazing highlight for under the eyes – after covering up the darkness. Im almost out of the tube that I had so I got one in the same highlight-yyy shade and another in the shade dark because it is so not too dark for me and is perfect!

These concealers are super creamy and blendable and last 10,000 years – or maybe 16 hours as it says so on the packaging.

Makeup Revolution London Blush Palette in Hot Spice

This is an all rounder palette with 6 blush shades and 2 highlights which from the swatches I did are hella pigmented! Im very excited to start using this palette because these shades just look amazing – no?

Sleek Makeup Highlighting Palette

This too is a highlighting palette with 4 different shades of cream highlighters. They are very creamy and blendable and are perfect for a daytime look!

Tanya Burr Cosmetics Individual Lashes

Collection Eyebrow Kit in Brunette

I’ve heard so much rave about these tanya burr lashes that I knew I just had to give them a go! And who does not want a 3 shade eyebrow kit which by the way comes with a clear brow mascara too. I caved in with this product and started using it! The middle shade is perfect for my brows and the brow mascara is really really reaaally good! Sets my brows in place without making them feel crunchy like the ABH one did!

Saving the best for the last obviously, I picked up some goodies from MAC as well.

Quite possibly my favourite image of this entire blog post, because adskfhsa

Pro Longwear Concealer in NW35

Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Layin Low

I got the concealer because I’ve been running low on my current bottle and needed a replacement, and the paint point is one that I’ve been eyeing for the longest time now and finally decided on a neutral shade that I could use on my eyelids!

Love love love it!

Have you made any beauty purchases recently?
